The HIT Center has classes for most ages and levels of fitness.  To learn more, click on each of the days below.

Mondays and Wednesdays

Strong Start

6:00 – 7:00am

This women’s class is a high-intensity hour mixed with functional metabolic conditioning using body weight movements, free weights and agility equipment. This class if for the already-fit individual who needs a NEW challenge! (Advanced)

Mondays

Men’s ‘Old-School’ Boot Camp

7:00 – 8:00pm

This men’s-only strength and conditioning class incorporates a mix of body weight and free weight lifting combinations in addition to various metabolic conditioning activities using numerous training modalities. This class is for the guy wanting to relive the ‘glory days’ in a competitive atmosphere. (Intermediate)

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Ladies’ Metabolic Conditioning

6:00 – 7:00pm

Ladies’s Metabolic Conditioning is a fitness class that utilizes total body training including strength/resistance exercises, body weight movements, core work and a variety of different cardio styles. This class is perfect for the ‘woman on-the-go’ who wants to improve their overall fitness, body tone and daily energy level. (Beginner/Intermediate)

Saturdays

Sweat ‘HIT’ Out

9:00 – 10:00am

Sweat ‘HIT’ Out is a men’s and women’s boot camp class comprised of a mix of diverse training protocols focusing on total-body fitness including strength training movements, conditioning, agility and core work. This class is for the individual who wants to bring up all aspects of their fitness in an entertaining and challenging way. (Beginner/Intermediate
