Darryl is from Brooklyn, NY and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Marshall University. He was a walk-on for the Marshall University football team. He joined the HIT Center team as an intern in 2007 and has since earned the position as the Assistant Speed-Up Director. He has learned so much throughout the years being at the HIT Center, working with people of all ages, helping people to achieve their fitness goals.
He’s had a passion for working since he was in high school, so sharing that passion for working out with others brings him great satisfaction. There is no greater feeling of knowing you can change someone’s life for the better by just taking at least one hour out of their day to work out. To Darryl, working out is like a marathon, it takes hard work to reap the benefits of a healthy life style.
