Josh joined the HIT Center team in the summer of 2015. Josh graduated high school from Gallia Academy. He is currently starting his senior year at Marshall University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. His hopes are to continue his education in PT school following graduation. In high school, Josh was captain of the football team, and started his junior and senior year at the middle linebacker and left guard positions. Josh was first team all-league in the SEOAL, and second team all-district. He also power lifted for the school in the football off-season. Josh won the state championship in Division I, II, and III at the 185 lb weight class his junior year, and was first runner up his senior year. He is currently competing as a bodybuilder, and has been for almost four years. His last show was in June of 2014 where he won the junior and novice overall classes. Josh’s plan is to compete again in the upcoming spring, 2016. Josh has a passion for health and fitness that drives his everyday lifestyle, and he very much enjoys helping others reach their goals in any way he can.
