The Power-Up program is an advanced level program that combines our unique and unparalleled Speed-Up program. It is designed to train an athlete on a whole body level, preparing the individual(s) for the rigors of their sport. It is an all encompassing program that is designed for intermediate to advanced level athletes looking to improve overall athletic performance. The curriculum is designed to develop strength, power, speed and agility using various barbell and bodyweight lifts in conjunction with advanced linear speed dynamics, lateral speed movements, plyometrics, core strengthening, as well as injury prevention. Our trainers teach proper technique and mechanics for all lifts and drills, ensuring focus being on proper form and force development, allowing athletes to properly progress and reach their peak.
