The Speed-Up program is our core program that is focused on improving overall speed, agility, quickness, strength and conditioning. No matter what sport you participate in, powerful speed and agility give you a winning edge. Our program places focus on those exact traits by combining corrective techniques along with various speed, agility, and plyometric drills that are designed to increase overall athletic performance.
Training focus includes:
- sport-specific linear speed acceleration
- lateral movement
- foot quickness drills
- various forms of plyometrics
- core strengthening
- energy system training
- functional mobility and flexibility
This program is designated for all ages and is specifically created for each individual athlete(s) upon entering the program.
