Nutritional Counseling Session
This hour-long session discusses ways to eat less without getting hungry, a vital piece of knowledge to be successful at weight loss and make it a life style change…not just a short-term diet. If you know the amount of calories you need to intake on a daily basis (RMR), The Nutritional Counseling Session will help teach you how to achieve that. You and an Exercise Physiologist will discuss a brief overview of the physiology of weight loss and weight gain. The HIT Center stresses a “no non-sense” approach to weight loss.
