Trevan began his journey with the HIT Center over 10 years ago when he was 12 years old. Growing up, he was overweight and needed to make a change so his parents decided to enrol him in the Lighten-Up program where he lost 30 pounds, a significant amount of weight for a 12 year old. Since then, Trevan hasn’t looked back. The values and lessons the HIT Center instilled in him at such a young age made a dramatic impact on his life.
Trevan earned a BA in Broadcast Journalism but decided to go back to school to pursue his Masters in Exercise Physiology. While working on his masters, he is also an intern with the Marshall football strength and conditioning staff and worked as the strength coach at Huntington High.
I owe my lifestyle change to the HIT Team and their facility. Training others and myself is my one true passion. I get up every day with a smile on my face because I love what I do. I earned a BA in Broadcast Journalism but decided to go back to school to pursue my Masters in Exercise Physiology. When it comes to training, I live by these sayings:
Don’t make a seasonal change, make a lifestyle change!
E + R=O, Event plus Response equals Outcome
You Own Your Response!
